Floating pontoon

Several pontons have been preserved along the route, generally constructed using pointed arches with ashlar spandrels and masonry tympanums. In the one shown at Entrance 1, situated to the south of Medinaceli, the parapets have been replaced by railings. The bridge corresponding to this entrance, situated north of Somaén, has been widened by extending the vault and reconstructing the parapet, the impost, the spandrel and the abutments.
